This permanent makeup technique adds definition along the lash line, with the placement and intensity personalized to your features and preferences. TREATMENT & PRICING Permanent Eyeliner is a two-session process: • Initial session: $350, including consultation, eyeliner design, color selection, application, and aftercare bag. • Perfecting touch-up: $150, charged separately, approximately 6 weeks later to refine healed results. Final results are assessed once both sessions have healed. A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and goes toward the initial session, leaving $300 due on that day. If you postpone treatment after your consultation, the deposit transfers to your rescheduled appointment.
